Very professional. Explained diagnosis and reviewed MRI in detail. My only complaint was that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time to see him

This was my first visit, I arrived at 9 AM. I wasn't called back until 11:30, they were apologetic tho. Dr. Dorchak was pleasant, but distracted due to a heated conversation with one of his staff members. I was referred to him for back pain. He took time to look at MRIs that; I appreciate his investigation into to the cause. However, while reviewing the images he was explaining them as if I understood what he was showing me. Also, he was kind of all over the place with my his explanation, moving through the images. I finally asked, what are my options? He focused at that moment and said you don't want surgery do you? While shaking his head no for me. He quickly shifted to an epidural and then ended with, I'll let you think about it and decide. I expected more due to Hughston clinic reputation. All I needed was a list of my issues and options simply explained for me to consider. I quickly settled on epidural at my next appt. I'm not sure what I will do. Disappointed and still in pain.
