Aftercare is absolutely terrible. He is impossible to get in touch with as a patient, admits to not answering the patient portal, and has a reputation among my other providers as being difficult to work with. He is sparse with directions as if he pays per word he says and does not care about patient satisfaction. All of my other providers have disagreed with his care plan. But worst of all, he had my foot in a dangerous position it should NEVER be in after surgery in a boot he told me I should buy. But it is very clear - after speaking with the boot manufacturer that he does not know how it works.I have been using it improperly for over a month based on his directions and the last time I say him he put it in a position that it should never be in causing me extreme pain and discomfort.

Dr Cory is an excellent, knowledgeable and listens too your concerns.

The first thing Dr. Cory said to me was, "Hi, I'm John"...not I'm Dr. Cory. Who does that now? He was FANTASTIC!!! I've been trying to find someone who knows what they are doing as opposed to those who just "kinda guess" what the issues are. Believe me, you WANT to go to this guy!

He’s knowledgeable but we didn’t make the appointment just or have MRI results read to us we were under the impression we were meeting the surgeon to plan the surgery. It was a waste of time for the appointment and then to have to make another appointment with surgeon. It’s more time / work hours lost.

Knowledgeable about only gave me a few minutes of his time. I think I need to make another appointment to finish my exam and answer my questions.

Your facility’s wheelchair accessible door plate was non functional. I was made to stand and fill out my info on your laptops while on crutches at the counter. Was obviously crying out in pain and not one staff member or the girl who checked me in offered me a wheelchair! The provider, Mr. Cory, walked out of the room without listening to my answer to his question. There was a lady who finally did get me a wheelchair and pushed me back to get my imaging done. She was awesome.

HORRIBLY DOCTOR!!!! He walked in the room rushing me on a very rude way he ask about my feet and wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain my feet pain and kept cutting offf like if he was just rushing and didn’t care what I had to say. I was literally in the room for less than a minute and he starts arguing with me!!! This was an experience I’ve never in my life had and he made me feel so horrible on top of my pain. I walked out crying feom how bad he made me feel. I never want to see this doctor again and he should NOT BE GETTING PAY FOR MY VISIT AINCE I WAS JUAT IN THE TOOM FOR LEAS THAN A MINUTES AND I COULDNT HANDLE HIS BEHAVIOR SO I HAD TO WALK OUT OF THE ROOM OF HOW BAD HE HANDLE MY APPOINTMENT. HIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND HIMSELF HAS MANY ISSUES!!!!

Experience was very impersonal and rushed. It felt very scripted. We were given a huge packet of medical information for a female athlete, when the appointment was for my 15 year old son. The phone number we were given to schedule an MRI was inactive, and we had to walk back in the clinic for another number.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cory. He's personable and easy to talk to and understand. Best of all he listens to YOU. I feel lucky to be in his care.

Was a good first visit

This was the first time I had seen Dr John Cory. It was a follow-up visit after I had gone to Banner urgent care after I was told that I had fractured my 2nd toe on my left foot. When he asked what happened I chuckled a little and he said oh no and kind of chuckled himself and said that doesn't sound good. He was very professional and had someone in the visit with him that he had introduced, like we he was training them. He answered all my questions. All in all very nice. Said if I had any more questions to give him a call or to make an appointment to come back and see him. That is why I like the doctors at the CORE because they treat you like family. They are not just concerned about your Injury, they also ask about family if have been going there long enough. I have been going to the CORE for about 3 years now and I would not change to another facility if my life depended on it. Thank you.

He was gentle. He seemed knowledgeable. I'm sure he's excellent with really complicated injuries. But he only looked at one of my 2 x-rays. Insisted he was sure what he saw and sent me on my way. I felt like if I wasn't an NFL player or someone with a seriously messed up crazy injury... then it wasn't bad and I could go. I'm going to find a second opinion. Very very pleasant people. But I left very very confused. Now I don't know if I have 2 broken bones or one. And of I need follow up care? How long I wear my stuff? I didn't even get paperwork to bring home and read.

I’m not sure what to say when the last 3 visits I’m told “your X-rays look good” yet I’m in worsening pain. The recommendation to not wear braces is also pretty wild to me considering how unstable I am, and how all of my imaging shows issues.
