My appointment time was 1:15 but it wasn't until 1:43 before I was called to go in. Then sat for another 15 minutes before someone came in. Those delays were frustrating. Aside from that the visit was ok.

We feel he is an excellent surgeon, he has excellent bedside manners, and his team is excellent as well. I’m a little more than two weeks out from surgery, and feel very confident that surgery he performed will be very successful.

He made me feel like he was interested in helping me solve for foot and ankle problems. He welcomed calls in the future, questions etc. Dr. child’s makes you feel good about yourself and positive that conditions will improve.

I could have used a little more customer service, like a wheelchair in and out would have been nice. I'm a single woman and it was extremely hard for me to get around.
Dr. Childs hadn't even read my Dr. Findings and if I were not aware of my own doctor finds, I would be walking on a broken foot right now.
He needs to slow down and take in all the pieces of information to make an informed decision, not shoot from the hip as he did before I spoke up!
