After undergoing two total knee replacement surgeries with Dr. Chiavetta, I can confidently say he is an exceptional surgeon. He took the time to explain every step of the process, set realistic expectations, and delivered outstanding results both times. His skill, professionalism, and genuine concern for his patients made a challenging experience much easier, and I’m extremely grateful for the care I received.

Dr. Chiavetta was recommended by my PCP and Vascular physician. I am glad I took their advise. Recovery from knee replacement is never easy but I had no complications or infections and have regained full mobility and flexibility.
Dr. John Chiavetta, M.D., attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for undergraduate training and Medical School. He completed his internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He was then selected for a joint replacement fellowship in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Chiavetta returned to his hometown to join the physicians at Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in August, 2005.
