Dr. Chiavetta attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for undergraduate training and Medical School. He completed his internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He was then selected for a joint replacement fellowship in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Chiavetta returned to his hometown to join the physicians at Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in August, 2005.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Chiavetta, and he could not have been any nicer. He listened to everything I had to say without interrupting me, asked relevant questions and listened to my replies with caring and concern. We then went over options regarding my knee, he explained everything clearly, and he did not rush me at all. It was a wonderful visit, and He came highly recommended by many of my senior church friends, so I know he is an excellent doctor.

Very concerned. I do think if I have to have a knee replacement sometime, I should do it now.
