John Britton, MD

Dr. John Britton, M.D., is a native of Sumter SC. He earned his BS in Biological Science from Clemson in 1990. He earned his MD at MUSC in 1994, and completed his Urology studies at UNC in 1999. That year he joined the practice of Dr. Ian Marshall and Dr. Fletcher Derrick. In 2006, Drs. Britton, Marshall and Steele became three of the original practitioners at Lowcountry Urology Clinics. Dr. Britton and wife Helen have two sons, Jack and Heyward. He is an active member of Grace Episcopal Church, and served on the Clemson University Board of Visitors from 2011-2013. Dr. Britton’s interests include golf, hunting and fishing.
