Dr. Brach took the time to really answer my questions and future concerns about my ongoing struggle with hundreds of floaters. The majority of eye doctors I’ve seen over the years have brushed me off and leave the room before I can even ask a question.
As someone who has a condition that in the field is often categorized as an annoyance people get used to— every eye appointment I go to usually results in a little depression afterwards, as my brain and eyes fight with each other over the information and attitude I receive.
But his time and attention left me feeling fine, even hopeful for the day where I can read physical, white paper books again, or see the texture of clouds and snow, and work on my computer without dark mode or sunglasses.
Thank you so much for an exceptional experience.

The surgery went very well. Dr Brach said my husband “ did such a good job” during the surgery, which was sweet and reassuring somehow— we know it was actually Dr B who did a great job! The nurses were experts and were able to put in the IV without him even feeling it. We felt like we were in good hands. Dr B even talked slower this time so we had time to process what he was saying.( our brains are old and slow…) Great experience!
