Dr. John R. Babb completed his orthopedic residency in 2007 at Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tenn. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Cincinnati Sports Medicine Clinic in Cincinnati, Ohio, in July 2008. Dr. Babb chose to return to his roots of Goddard, KS, and joined Mid-America Orthopedics in August of 2008. Dr. Babb was elected to the Kansas Council of Delegates for the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine. He treats patients at our West Wichita location, focusing on general orthopedics and sports medicine.

Dr Babb looked at the MRI and X-rays and conducted movement tests and determined that PT would be best 1st then re-evaluate. Did a great job
Dr Babb really listens and truly cares about you getting better. And I’ve not seen a prettier scar than from his surgery. 💯
My appointment was for 1015. I saw Dr Babb at 1130
He was very good and explained everything what was going on . Will be back .
Although the appt said it was with Dr Babb, after waiting 45 minutes past my appt time I saw a PA. He read the mri report to me. Cortisone shots have been mentioned as a possibility at all 3 appointments, but I guess that might still happen sometime? Maybe after I see the specialist I'm being referred to. Disappointing.
Excellent communication and empathy for my injury. Have me options and talked me through them. Very friendly and personable
I've had 3 procedures done by Dr Babb over the past 2-3 years and I couldn't be happier. He gave me hope after my initial appt with him and I am very happy to hear he had a solution to my ailments and not a pain bandaid. Thank you Dr Babb and to your team.
