Dr. John Albert dispelled the myths surrounding gout. It is not the result of rich food and excessive drink. Our food intake only makes a 10% contribution to gout. That, plus my unique kidney situation and age as a post menopausal woman with low estrogen, explains my gout which is totally out of my control. Thank you!!
