I had my initial visit with Dr Guzzo and upon meeting him, I felt like I’ve known him forever. He was personable and engaging. I was disappointed today since up til now I would wait a reasonable amount of time and get called back. Yoday I specifically asked to see Dr. Guzzo because I wanted to discuss next options for treatment, and despite making this request at the time I made the appointment and agsin today to the assistant who saw me to the exam room, that did not happen. I believe Dr. Guzzo was in a meeting upstairs and no one shared this when I made the request and I spent 1.75 hours without having even gotten the chance to have my discussion with the doctor. Austin is great but he ultimately has to consult with the doctor regarding the direction a patient's care takes and I would have happily rescheduled if it meant getting the chance to see the doctor. I understand meetings are necessary but I really felt someone should have given me an option to reschedule if my goal was to see a specific person that was not available. Normally I'm quite satisfied with the way things are done...

I love Dr. Guzzo’s nurse practitioner. He’s so professional and does an amazing job. The processing department that Hass to send my prescriptions to my insurance is lacking greatly. It took me three months and persistent, calling to get my prescription and an appointment completed.

Even when I see Austin the PA, Dr Guzzo always says hi! They are a great team, thorough and informative.

Told nurse I had an eating disorder and did not want to see my weight. The sheer the doctor gave me had my weight on it. Absolutely unacceptable and has caused me severe emotional distress.

While he is very nice, he uses technical jargon that I’m not sure the common patient would understand. He also didn’t fully explain the extent of my MRI results, but my physical therapist did when they found out he didn’t.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appt. An hour later I was still not called. I checked w the desk..they looked confused and said there were 2 before me... no exaggeration, 23 people went before me. 2 hours later..I was getting upset as we had another appt that day elsewhere. I asked again and was told that sometimes people come late and that's why they were seen before me. Excuse me?? I was there 15 minutes early for my appt. I would think the latecomers should be the ones to wait This was the second time this happened to me. Had to cancel and reschedule my other appt for that day. I'm hoping I don't get charged for that. My appt w Dr Guzzo was for 1:30. I checked in at 1:15. I finally left at 3:40. Just not right and very upsetting. Very very upsetting!

I liked the bedside manner of Dr Guzzo’s PA best. He was more thorough and personable. The practice of doing X-rays on all patients that come through the door is solely a money maker. I came in for carpal tunnel and I was forced into X-rays. REALLY!!!???

This is my 2nd time seeing Dr. Guzzo. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable. Not once had I Felt rushed. I’m grateful he’s my orthopedic guy. I honestly believe he’s the best. Healed my elbow without surgery last year and same with shoulder a year later. Great work to him and his team.

I have not seen Dr. Guzzo. My appointments are with Dr. Guzzo, but that is practitioners who comes into the office. I can’t really rate Dr. Guzzo. Austin is wonderful.

I waited over 30 minutes to get an X-ray and then 15 to get into an exam room and then 30 more to see the assistant. Although my questions were answered, I felt rushed since it was after office hours on a Friday.

Great bedside manor, explained all clearly, very pleased. Was told initially he was an hour behind, but staff kept me informed and he was able to make up the time somewhere and the wait wasn’t that long after all - maybe 15mts. - things happen in a dr’s office, so the communication was appreciated. Plus, I was about 10mts late (and he was still willing to see me) so it worked out perfectly.

He is great. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr Guzzo is one of the kindest, most patient doctors I have ever had. He takes the time to explain every choice available for treatment. His entire staff goes above and beyond.

God has given this dr a gift for knee surgery. Everything went well. I healed beautifully . My knee is like new. In The whole process, he and his team were right there.

Dr Guzzo is positive and encouraging. Even tho he was running a little behind, I appreciated that he listened to me and informed me of my therapy going forward.
