Dr. Joel Shobe received his training at Northwestern University Medical School, the Medical College of Wisconsin, Kansas University Medical Center, and Buffalo General Hospital. He joined our group in 1997. He practices general orthopedics and specializes in cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal surgery for adult and pediatric patients.

He is amazing. He is very professional and patient. He answered all my questions.
Doc great - 75 minute past appt time VERY aggravating!
He is not a friendly doctor, it felt like he didn't care about the pain I'm going through. Did not even talk to me about my past and recent X-rays to me at the appointment. I'm going to start seeing a new back doctor from now on.
Was very thorough in answering my questions. Gave me options & took time to listen. Recommend him highly.

Dr Shobe is a great doctor. He took very good care of my needs with my back issues.
Always so kind and caring. I appreciate his honesty about steps to take in trying to relieve my back pain. He makes it very clear what I can expect from anything he offers and what limitations I can expect. Never quick to jump to surgery if it isn’t warranted.
