Seems to want to help out insurance co more than listening to patient. Comes up with excuses to take responsibility off insurance co. More interested insurance co than patient.

Dr. Shobe and his PA were amazing and caring and knowledgeable and helpful. I got in quickly (same day) and they were very caring and understanding of me. The medical assistant, Windy, was rude and cold and sharp in her tone and questions. When I asked if I could call my dr and have an x-Ray sent over to dr shobe she sharply told me, “it’s too late for that!”. I knew it wouldn’t come today, but thought he should still read it later. She also opened the door without knocking while I was about to change out of my gown and into my clothes after my appt.
