Dr. Joel S. Meyers, M.D. has been at the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado since 1992. He specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive eye and facial plastic surgery, and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He also specializes in oculoplastics and is the only specialist in the region to routinely perform reconstructive tear duct surgery. Dr. Meyers graduated with distinction and summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Denver with a bachelor of arts degree in biology. He went on to earn a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Meyers served as chief resident and completed his residency training at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Queens Hospital Center in New York.
