It is great working with dr Rodriquez. He is great at listening and giving me options.

I thought that it was surprising to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor. I thought it was a bit condescending when he said that they now have topical ointments they can penetrate the skin… I would think anyone would know that. But it seemed like a nice guy.

Unfortunately i do not feel like Dr. Rodriguez gave me the time or explanations necessary toward my issues and care. I was left feeling lost and unable to create a future plan of treatment. He was quick to refer me out (to his father) even though there is another specialist at this center. I did not leave the center hopeful about recovery at all. He said I would be doing PT but didn't give me any resources. He said we could continue to talk and then led me to the checkout desk and walked away. I had to get my PT instructions from Maria with no information about how to do the exercises and reps, etc.

Dr. Rodriguez is rated 5 star. The office is 1 star. I had a 9:00 appointment, was in a room at 9:45 and seen at 10:28. A man left before me without being seen after staying the same 1hr.30min. Please don't book so many for the same hour. This is the 2nd time for me to wait that long and other times over 30 minutes.
