Dr. Ragland is the best neurosurgeon in Knoxville. He treated me for a pituitary tumor and was with me when I had gamma knife surgery. He explained everything in layman's terms. He understood my fears and assured me that he would be there for me throughout this journey. Can't say enough good things about him.
