It’s all in epic and I really don’t care to memorize what is already recorded. I moved 3 times in less than 2yrs due to divorce. I don’t “jump” providers but if I feel they are not adequate for my needs, I move on.

Dr. Hein and his nurse Jenna were amazing to work with when our 2 year old fractured his wrist. Dr. Hein addressed all our concerns and was so good with our son. Jenna even made sure he left with a new OSMS teddy bear with a matching cast!

After seeing another doctor at another office, I was told I was going to have to deal with the pain from a fall 6 months ago as the "new me". Dr Hein fixed my knee and while I am only 2 weeks post op I feel 100x better than prior to surgery!

It was amazing to me that I was handled as a walk-in to their clinic by kind and courteous people at each turn in my visit. Each person I encountered at OSMS was very courteous and efficient. Dr. Hein explained what he thought was going on with my knee and ordered needed imaging. I look forward to getting to the bottom of the issue that I am having with my left knee and will return to OSMS this week for the needed imaging. Great experience!

Dr. Hein really lessens to my concerns and feedback. He is not a doctor that is just looking for an excuse to perform surgery and is very honest about the possible results and potential outcomes, positive and negative. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from shoulder pain or injury. Now I just need to find a general practitioner with the same demeanor.

DR Joel Hein has been my Surgeon for the past 2.5 years. He has given me my life back. I have suffered since 2015 with a very painful shoulder until 2021.
