First time meeting Dr. Sugg and he was wonderful! I’m excited to have him see my son in the future!
I was slightly disappointed to be greeted by the nurse/tech (the older one), as she was usually the nurse at Dr. Rich’s office. For years now (over dinner) my wife and I have both independently agreed that she is snarky, condescending, and just sort of all around intolerant. Everytime, always, and for no good reason. She’s not good with parents, and even worse with children. I’ve never complained before, but since I’ve ignored dozens of unwanted feedback requests I thought I’d speak my peace. She always leaves a bad taste in our mouth, and it was disappointing to see we’ve both landed at the same office yet again.
She’s never done or said anything inherently wrong. She just sucks, and I feel like she goes out of her way to do it.
Over the last 5 years we’ve loved Dr. Rich, everyone else on the staff, and vision partners as a whole.

Dr. Sugg was very friendly and caring. He was able to give me an answer to why I was having double vision for the past 3 weeks when other health care professions had not been able to. I would definitely recommend him.

My daughter has and issue where her brain basically doesn't use her eye like it should. I was told this doctor specializes in the condition, but when she made her appointment he basically did a regular eye exam and said nothing was wrong with her eye! Well duh! Because he eye is fine, her brain is not using it!

I liked him, wish he took adults too. He seem straight to the point and very professional, and that was the quickest eye appointment for my child that I’ve been in years now.
