My appointment was at 2:30 pm I waited until 3:45 pm before I left and still no one came in the room after I got checked in. I understand that it's not my world. But when scheduled an appointment it's for that reason. If I wasn't going to be seen by 3:00 pm why bother with an appointment? Mrs. Jodi doesn't have time for ALL her patients so please booking staff do not give her any more NEW patients. I have been with her for 4 years now and only seen her twice because it's so hard to get with her.

Dr. Krueger is great! I feel listened to when I meet with her and believe she takes my concerns seriously. The only downside is I feel rushed during my appt and sometimes miss mentioning issues due to this.

I wish my doctor would be more concerning. I respect time, but waiting in the exam office over 15 minutes is ridiculous to me. I can understand if there is an emergency, but EVERYTIME.

Absolutely love Dr. KREUGER she actually takes the time to explain things and she listens to you.

Dr. Krueger has been my primary provider for over a decade. She's fantastic and truly works with you as a partner in your health. She takes the time to listen, provide options, and explain whatever necessary to the patient so they can truly be part of their healthcare team. Professional and personable. Respectful and reliable. She occasionally has longer wait times on busy days, but she goes the extra mile for her patients, so she's well worth the extra wait. I plan to stick with her for as long as she provides care in my area.

Labs today - Nurse Tessa (not sure of spelling) was wonderful, engaging and friendly and very professional. Took time to listen and to provide updated info. I look forward to seeing her at my next appointment!! She is a keeper!!

The lab technician was Awesome. My very first experience where it did not feel like the needle was going through my tail bone. She was very professional and sharp!!!

Just went in for bloodwork today. Check in and wait time was about 10 minutes. Angelica was super nice and made the stick and draw on the first attempt! Yay!
