Dr. Jocelyn Wolf is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience delivering comprehensive, relationship-centered care to patients of all ages. She is passionate about building long-term partnerships with her patients and helping individuals and families achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based care. Throughout her career, Dr. Wolf has cared for patients across the lifespan, from infants and children to adults and older adults. She has extensive experience in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, women's health, and acute care. Her clinical interests also include a range of in-office procedures, allowing her to provide convenient, comprehensive care for her patients. Prior to joining KerixHealth, Dr. Wolf practiced with Saint Luke's Health System for more than a decade and previously provided full-spectrum family medicine care with ComCare PA. Her experience includes caring for newborns through geriatric patients, coordinating specialty care, and delivering compassionate care grounded in continuity and trust. Dr. Wolf earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is committed to building meaningful physician-patient relationships and believes the best healthcare begins with time, accessibility, and trust.
