Efficient office. Dr Pruzon was knowledgeable, actually listened, and was able to quickly pivot from my original concern to what was really the issue
The surgery was excellent I’m happy with my results, aftercare & the office staff. I was happy with the Dr until I asked the staff to let the Dr know I had another ? & I heard the Dr from the back state how she’s tired of answering my questions & she sent a staff to answer my question so this changed my mind from ever coming back to her office again. She should never verbally mistreat a patient especially so they can hear what is said. A 5 star is now a 3 😞
