I love her but your establishment appears in chaos. And fyi, while I waited for my appointment, I helped 4 people while they had to get through the front door either with wheelchair or walker. Perhaps an automatic door might be helpful. Also your all- male front desk was great. But I did watch a woman struggle to get up after sitting to receive a questionnaire. Perhaps those able bodied personnel could walk out for some folks. (I used to be in the hotel business and it’s all about customer service out front!)

Dr. Chon is lovely, but her office seems very disorganized and as a result does not exude a level of professionalism and confidence.
