After graduation, she moved to St. Louis, MO to attend the University of Missouri, St. Louis where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree. Had Light adjusting lenses placed by Dr. Hinton. Dr. Adams is extremely competent and punctual. Very pleased with my eye adjustments so far. When asking questions she does not like to get my hopes up, tends to say “we’ll see” when questioning progress.

Wonderful experience with Doctor Adams. She was very pleasant and professional. She was patient and listened to my concerns and ideas and gave me great feedback. I didn’t feel rushed with her. I felt she cared about my needs and thoughts regarding my vision

Dr. Joann Adams, O.D. enjoys providing primary optometric care to her patients including prescribing glasses and contact lenses, treating and managing ocular conditions such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetes.
Dr. Adams grew up in Fresno, CA. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Fresno State University. After graduation, she moved to St. Louis, MO to attend the University of Missouri, St. Louis where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree.
