Excellent “bedside” manner. Makes you feel comfortable, thoroughly explaining results and path forward.
Dr Coker is an excellent practitioner in ENT and Allergy. She and her staff have made me feel welcomed listened yo my description of my symptoms and presented me with a plan to find out what was causing my symptoms. Dr Coker to time to get to know me and made me feel confident in finding out what is happening with me.
Dr Coker showed me much concern and caring about my hearing issue . I like that she will follow up with me in one year .
I had a wonderful experience with my ENT doctor. She was incredibly personable, patient, and understanding. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained everything clearly, never making me feel rushed. Her expertise was evident, and her warm approach made me feel truly supported and cared for. She is a seasoned professional, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of an ENT specialist.
Dr. Joan Coker is the only doctor I found what exactly was my illness that I was diagnosed with over 30 years ago. Many doctors I saw never heard about it. As soon as I told her, she explained to me using the anatomy posters in her office so that I can understand. She is a great listener and thorough in her work. She clearly explained what test I needed, reviewed the results and explained the results in a way that I can understand. I found her to be a great communicator, compassionate and kind.
I am a new patient. She was awesome, very friendly and engaging during my first visit. I would highly recommend her to others.
