Dr Shen is a great ENT doctor. I have been her patient since 2010. Excellent chair side manners. Dr. Shen is all about patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Shen.

After the treatment of one ear was completed, I mentioned experiencing discomfort in the other ear. Unfortunately, it was not examined at the time, and I am now experiencing a significant feeling of blockage. I am unable to justify an additional $200 expense for a separate consultation.
