Dr Shen’s the best. She is very ethical and caring . The most important she is very knowledgeable. She is the only one ENT specialist that never pushed me to do surgery for my symptoms. Her cross board expertise is diagnosing me from different aspects and found a way to improve the quality of my life. I trust her.
