Dr Jimmy Diep, is a wonderful, personable and empathetic Physician. I give him 5 stars because he made me and my heart health his number one priority and treated me like family all the while professional and efficient.

He is wonderful, thorough, and caring I wouldn't go to anyone else

My experience with this provider was extremely disappointing. He was an hour late to my appointment, and once he finally came in, he spent no more than five minutes with me. He showed little interest in reviewing the lab work I had already completed, despite my coming in to discuss my health concerns. My blood pressure was elevated, and my heart rate was also high, yet I did not feel that these concerns were given the attention they deserved. At the end of the rushed appointment, I was simply told to check out and schedule my testing. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and frustrated. Patients deserve a provider who takes the time to review their medical history, listen to their concerns, and address abnormal findings rather than rushing through an appointment. An hour-long wait followed by five minutes of care is unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and patient care, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.

It’s always great to see Dr.Diep. He answers all my questions in a very understandable way..

My first visit with new doctor but was a quick visit, less then 5min then send me out with referral for testing. Would like to see more of his expertise on a patient as a Doctor. Hopefully he spends more time allotted with patient on the next visit
