Went in for a major cold, tongue that hurt and felt heavy got a script. Called 4 days later that I was feeling worse, said she would call in different script at noon. Called again at 4pm to follow up still no script called in. So apparently I wait another day or just go to the ER! Great follow through. O and the staff just states we are waiting on her….
