A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, she received a bachelor of arts degree from Pamona College in Claremont, California and a medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Dr. Grennan completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine.
Dr. Grennan joined Midwest Eye Care after completing her residency program, working from June 2003 to August 2005. She then had the opportunity to move to Switzerland and spent 3 years learning a new culture and language along with her husband and children. She was excited to rejoin Midwest Eye Care upon her return to the United States in September 2008.
Dr. Grennan is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

I cannot recommend Dr. Grennan highly enough! As someone who needs regular injections, I was initially nervous, but Dr. Grennan immediately put me at ease with her professionalism, compassion, and steady hand. She takes the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I always feel comfortable and informed. The injections are virtually painless, and her attention to detail is unmatched. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere every visit. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Grennan’s care and expertise—it’s clear she truly cares about her patients’ well-being.

She check me and recommended 3 other Drs to do a complete job with surgery on my eye kids & eyebrows. She only does the eyelids. Pleasant.
