Dr. Liao is knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. I have seen her for an eye health exam and to have several growths removed from my eyelids. I was comfortable and well cared for. The staff is also top-notch. So happy to have found a great new doctor after my recent move to the area!

Dr. Liao attended the State University of New York (SUNY), Downstate Medical Center, where she received her medical degree, and completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center. She additionally continued her studies and completed a residency in ophthalmology at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she was Chief Resident. To further hone her interests in the anterior segment and the cornea, Dr. Liao stayed at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Cornea, Refractive Surgery, and External Diseases. After several years in private practice, she relocated to Ventura county.
Dr. Liao is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of The Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Cornea Society.
