1. I'm a 74 y/o Senior I was recently denied a referral to an endocrinologist unless I start with insulin, wanted information on hormone therapy, because of all my problems. 2.denied a blue placard because It's only for wheel chair pt's. Placard still has a wheelchair image on aI'm 74 have osteoporosis,Doc told me I have no vitamin D, take high blood pressure meds, cannot walk 200 ft. I would have to stop for breath and use of inhaler, but have to say he got me red placard. 3. I was told mammogram I had something Docs office referred me to cancer clinic, before my biopsy and ct scan found something on my kidney, then on my ovary, now on my spleen/pancreas possible cancer. I weigh 140, but was prescribed monjaro. I take glipizide (farxiga) only gives me utis feel miserable. 5. I still take prescrptions my cardiologist gave me a few years ago,but have not been referred to a cardiologist as yet.
I know he's been pretty busy, but
Doctor Gallegos chose me last year.

Mr. Gallegos is an excellent doctor. I just love the way. He is very concerned with his patience. I would highly recommend him..
Dr. Jesus Garcia-Gallegos is very passionate about patient care and especially the care of patients over 65 years old.
He firmly believes in quality of care, compassion, and genuine respect for his patients, collaboration with other physicians, and anticipating the challenges that tomorrow may bring.
Dr. Jesus Garcia-Gallegos was born in Mexico, but since young, he decided to follow his passion: Medicine and the care of elderly persons.
He graduated from the University of Nuevo Leon 1996, and went abroad to pursue further education, he did his postgraduate studies in Heidelberg, Germany, where he achieved his PhD.
Dr. Garcia-Gallegos decided to move to the US and continue his education. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he received a diploma in Family Medicine and also finished his fellowship in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care.
Since then, Dr. Garcia-Gallegos has been working at Gonzaba Medical Group where he has a regular clinic but also Dr. Garcia-Gallegos follow his patients at the Hospitals and Skilled nursing facilities.
