I didn’t really feel like I was taken seriously or listened to. Kind of felt like she thought I was faking it…also someone helped me in with a wheel chair and when the appointment was over I got 0 help with exiting the building. Kind of felt like I was treated like a hysterical woman because of the amount of pain I was in. Also, she was very clearly teaching someone and I wasn’t asked if that was okay. I don’t know if that is normal and I would have said yes. But I was clearly having a full blown panic attack due to pain and the teaching part didn’t help with that. I felt like she judged me for being fat too. Though that was a feeling. She didn’t say anything.
Excellent quick provider!
Dr. Telleria is truly one of a kind. She’s not only an incredibly skilled surgeon but also has this calm, down-to-earth way about her that makes you feel totally at ease. She’s sharp, practical, and just has great instincts. You can tell right away that you’re in really good hands. What really stands out is how she talks with patients. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. There’s no ego, no rush, just someone who genuinely cares and knows exactly what they’re doing. And her team? Just as amazing. Every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a group of people so in sync and so focused on making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Honestly, we’re incredibly lucky to have Dr. Telleria and her team. They make what could be a tough process feel easy. Can’t thank them enough.
Dr. Telleria was very kind. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
answered all my questions, not rushed, helpful and kind.
She is very pleasant, listens well and is quick to diagnose the problem. I would recommend her over other Orthopedic sturgeon’s in Missoula. She is the only one I would trust.
Very kind and willing to help!
I felt in very competent hands with Dr. Telleria. She was thorough in her examination, and I look forward to working with her.
