We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Litsey. She was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, and understanding. I never once felt rushed. She truly listened to my concerns, took everything I said seriously, and made me feel completely heard and understood.
As a parent advocating for a child with unique needs, that means more than I can put into words. I left feeling like Dr. Litsey genuinely understood my child, our concerns, and what we were trying to accomplish for him.
What impressed me even more was that later that same day, she personally called me with an update after taking additional time to look into medication options we had discussed during our visit. That extra effort showed me that she truly cared and that our conversation didn't simply end when we left the office.
I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and thoughtfulness Dr. Litsey showed our family. Finding a provider who makes you feel this heard and cared for is truly special. I highly recommend her!
