Dr. Kriston was professional during my entire visit.
She comforted me when I was overwhelmed with my new diagnosis and she let me hold her hand while I wept and asked her questions which she thoroughly answered .
Even after my exam and I got dressed and mentioned that I still had questions, she gave me that time.
I value her care and all of the staff that are on her team.
After I drove home, I called and spoke with one of Dr. Kristons staff team, Stephanie I believe she said her name was and she was very patient and supportive with my concerns. She also provided me with the link to get on the patient portal and mentioned that I could communicate with Dr. Kriston that way. So, I did that.
I know Dr. Kriston is busy so I’ll wait for her return answers.
I also called today and talked with another Stephanie which is on Dr. Kristons staff team and asked if the referral for me to see Dr. Gebhart, had been sent over yet and she mentioned that she would look into that.
