Dr. Kepchar came highly recommended. I prepared 6 typed pages of lab results and problems I was having and gave them to her medical assistant for the Doctor to review. When Dr. Kepchar came in to the room her first comment was brings you in today? When I informed her that I had given her assistant a summary of my problems and lab results she then excused herself and left the room to review what we had given her assistant. She back to me room with no comments on what we had submitted. After an examination said she would refer me to her associate Dr. Bergeron and to make a “first available “at the front desk. The person there had no access to Dr Bergeron’s calendar but someone would contact me. Over 24 hours and NO CONTACT. Not very impressed with this practice..

Her efforts were rewarded with a core faculty position at the Brooke Army Medical Center where she enjoyed educating the next generation of Otolaryngologists as the associate program director of the residency program and as the chief of the department of Otolaryngology for six years.
A board-certified Otolaryngologist, Dr. Kepchar is a true comprehensive provider who enjoys caring for all ages and ranges of ear, nose and throat ailments. Dr. Kepchar is also focused on sleep apnea for our patients. She and her family of five are thrilled to permanently call San Antonio home.
