Dr. Fu is one of the best doctors ever! She listens attentively, she explains in just the right amount of detail, and she is upbeat and positive, (even when talking about cancer). Also, importantly, she makes you feel very comfortable. She has a great laugh and a little twinkle in her eyes! I adore her … for her professionalism and knowledge, her comfort and that twinkle!

Very kind and caring I really liked her until I realized my insurance was billed for a bunch of unnecessary tests. As a board certified medical scientist I could not justify the reasons for ordering the tests and billing for them. Even if this was a “we do this on all new patients” I can’t get behind that. Otherwise she was lovely and I don’t have other care concerns.

Was unable to stay for my appointment. Had my mammogram first and then 30 minutes after my appointment should have started they took me to a room and said the doctor was finishing with a patient and had one more patient before me. I had to work and was unable to stay. So I actually never met the doctor. The person who roomed me wasn’t the kindest and just told me they double booked my appointment. The mammogram went great. But sitting in a room that just had a curtain waiting 30 minutes in a gown was very uncomfortable.

10/10 would recommend Jessica! So kind and easy to talk to. She was quick to answer any questions I had and heard out my concerns. Really appreciated how comfortable she made my appointment!

Dr. Fu was just ok. I felt unheard with my concerns. I had to call the clinic when I did not hear back with my lab results for 2 weeks when I was informed they would call in a couple of days. Then no follow up to address the continued concerns.
