Just wow. I know they were busy. Jessica still managed to have great energy. She was positive, inquisitive, and efficient. I walked away knowledgeable and I felt seen. The appointment was a routine one that most doctors make you feel like just another appointment they have to quickly get through. While this may have been the case with Dr. Cooper, she didn’t make me feel it. Thank you

I came in for my first checkup of the second trimester. The doctor was very thorough about the practice and the tests available after I inquired about NIPT. What really turned me away was her not examining me at all. At the end of my visit, she didn’t ask if I had any concern regarding my health. On that specific day, I had a sore throat that lasted several days. When I mentioned my sore throat to her, she turned on her auto mode regarding tylenol and robitussin (not knowing that I am a pharmacist). Obviously, I was not impressed at her recommendations or concerns for me and my health.
