Dr. B and her team are amazing!! She did surgery on one of my shoulders. She did all that could possibly be done to a shoulder. I got the deluxe package. Joke. The work she did is amazing. I call it my bionic arm. She worked closely with the rehab team and got me up and running in no time. I will one day have to get the other shoulder done and wouldn’t consider another doctor. She is THAT good.

My interaction with Dr. Bilotta was good my problem is with the practice. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I was taken back at my appointment time and left for 45 minutes before the doctor arrived without out any explanation.

She was friendly and diagnosed me. However there was a two hour wait and only one patient in front of me. She felt rushed with my time and was walking out the door as she answered my questions.

Liked Jessica. Checked in at 12 with paper work for my 12:30 appointment. Texted my husband at 2:25 that they did did do X-rays but still had not seen Jessica. . Sent about 5 min with her . She left to get a shot for me. Can back 10 minutes later . Went over med gave me a shot . Got downstairs to scheduled Therapy right before 3pm. Was in a lot of pain so glad she was able to get me in. Had my first good night sleep in over a week.

I would have liked to have seen Dr. B about my lack of progress.

This was my first visit to the practice. It felt very rushed.

I got the feeling the doctor was trying to "drum up" business for her partners.

How do you rate someone you didn't even see!!! Appointment was for 2:30. Didn't go back till about 4:00. Only saw PA. Still waiting for prescription to be sent to my pharmacy.
