First time meeting dr.Hochkeppel came in introduced himself and shook my hand. Very polite asked me if I had any questions. I like it when they come in with a smile and listen to you. I'm happy I found him and the staff are very nice

Dr. Hochkeppel is a wonderful doctor, I have had him since he started his practice in Danbury 10-15 years ago.
Since day one has been most professional and helpful and has taken very good care of me and is really concerned about his patience.
The staff on the other hand not so great, The entire billing department and pharmacy renewals I've always had a problem with, some of them are most unprofessional, others just barely so. Slow to respond, condescending at times and generally just unpleasant to deal with. I have noticed in the past couple years the turnover rate in the office has been not so good. Several times the entire office staff has been replaced, hopefully in the future this new staff Will be a little more professional.

Dr. Hochkeppel is the Director-at-Large of the executive board for the Residents & Fellows Section of the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS) and sits on the professional society’s Education Committee. He has performed extensive educational research during his professional career, resulting in numerous publications and presentations at multiple international conferences. Most recently, he authored a chapter on the role of simulation in the education of pain management practitioners for the Comprehensive Textbook of Healthcare Simulation: Anesthesiology Edition.
In regards to patient care, Dr. Hochkeppel believes in a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to helping his patients manage their chronic pain. After graduating from the Honors Program of Boston College with a degree in Sociology and working as a social services coordinator, he developed a well-rounded understanding of the multiple implications of chronic pain on one’s life. Currently, he strives to improve both the function and quality of his patients’ lives and offers cutting edge treatment modalities to help achieve these results.
