The only reason I didn’t make it five stars is pretty basic. Why do I have to wait 40 minutes to be seen by any doctor without compensating me for my time? I heard one of the assistants tell a patient, “we have five doctors here today and not enough rooms to service patients quickly”. Interestingly a full waiting area diminished to just a few by noon time. So appointments are scheduled to make sure those providing service get to leave by noon. Is that what we call Best practice? why is my time less valuable than the doctors?? I should be able to be compensated for the loss of time. My doctor is excellent. I saw him for five minutes. He was compensated quite well. God forbid America offers free healthcare to everyone because the best practice of making money would slow the system even more.
Great visit!
