Waiting 1month for my appt. date. On the day of appt for 10:30 didn't see doctor until 12:15. The service i came for didn't happen and now Im seeing another doctor

Only problem was his nurse kept constantly misgendering me, which has been done on several different occasions even though she has been corrected by the doctor numerous times. Dr cheung is one of the best and well spoken doctors I have had, he shows great patient care and advises to the best of his ability with multiple routes to make sure that as a patient I am well educated on my options and with something most comfortable for me.
