Dr Chandler and his PA answered my questions concerning coordinating two surgeries. And suggested a cortisone shot in shoulder in anticipation of knee replacement since I would be using a walker and other mobility aids during recovery and rehab.

My husband was running 5 min late for our son’s apmt with traffic. He called and they said there was a 15 min grace period. He was 5 min late when he checked in and was told he was at the wrong office. We did not know there was another office down the road. He was told to go over there and they were calling to let them know he was in route. He arrived and was checked in and sat down to wait. A few minutes later, he was told that the doctor left because he was late. I would not be upset if calls had not been made. Being late is not a norm for us. And, there have been several times over the years when our wait in the waiting room for other doctors was much longer than the grace period of 15 minutes.
