The best for doctor

Dr. Burks knew exactly what was on my feet. First I got exrays, which I hadn’t thought of, then we talked about what needed to be done besides cutting on them like I have for years. He said he was going to have my feet molded for special inserts which I didn’t know existed at all and then said no needle today, which I’m not sure what he meant by that, but I said good🤷🏻‍♀️ I really liked Dr. Burks from meeting him for the first time. And to that I want to say thank you very much Dr. Burks for a short but important visit for me, so THANK YOU ❤️ Dr. Burks, and thank the woman that saw me before him, she was so nice and patient, and a excellent attitude! Seems she truly cared for people. Wish I could remember her name but can’t soon saying Thank you to her for truly caring❤️ Date I was there was May 2 2022 my Appt was 9:30 but I was a little late from getting turned around on how to get there this office was in NLR

Superior hero. I was diagnosed wrong in earl September by another podiatrist. She said that I didn’t fracture any bones in my ankle and prescribed 12 weeks of physical therapy which prevented bone to regrow and the pain, neuropathy and limping continue. Thank goodness I decided on a second opinion by Dr. Jesse Burks.

What I liked best about Dr. Burks is that he explained my problem very thoroughly to me. He is friendly, upbeat and very approachable.

Wow I am so lucky to have Dr. Burks. Two years+ I passed out and broke both of my ankles. Can you imagine? This Doctor was with me from day one until.... I was all healed. Then I dropped a hammer on my foot. Yes he was there! Then today after 10 days of Terrible foot pain I went to see Dr. Burks. I have a bone spur.... now I’m in a brace and medication for swelling. I loved my visit with Dr. Burks. He was so up beat and had such a positive energy about him. I was so well at ease while he explained my condition and the options he gave me to correct it. He was very patient while I thought over which procedure I wanted to correct my issue.

He is amazing, I have had excellent results from surgery. My only concern is the girls that work for him don't provide much teaching when dressings are changed or appliances given. Ask questions or you will have to call and wait for answers. He is very cheerful, but his assistants won't speak or even smile most of the time.
