I do not plan for follow up with thiis provider. He seemed very uninterested in my medical issues, minimized my back pain. Perhaps he thought I was drug seeking, but if he had reviewed my record he would have seen I declined muscle relaxers in the past. I will not be following up with this provider.

Ordered incorrect MRIs , always cancels or reschedules appointments in the Salinas office. I’ve been treated by him for over three years and he just realized I was his patient. Which leads me to believe he doesn’t know my case either. Horrible service. Incompetent GARBAGE

I think the doctor is very knowledgeable but I think he is a little cold I don’t have the best rapport or connection with him I feel sometimes silly asking questions about my treatment he seems rushed I feel embarrassed asking questions since he usually is rushed

Still in pain, asked for a pain shot didn't get one, asked for pain medication wouldn't do it, still waiting for authorization for procedure on my lower back. This pain sucks in pain everyday got no help till someone calls me back for authorization, till then I suffer walking makes it worse can't walk with out being in pain, and bent over to walk. Thank God I can get some opioid medication l buy from them. So I can get relief did l mention l am in pain? . Please help me, or should I go to CHOMP for help they will probably give me a shot and pain medication, and send me home after

No complaints

The injections on the left side of my spine have kicked in and are working real well right now. The right side is now the tighter side but it may work itself out. When Dr B gets back from his trip I may be ready for injections on the right side.

Dr. Bernstein offered a Spinal Cord Nerve Stimulator after oral meds stopped working for me, I really appreciate how conscientious he is about avoiding infection and seromas. I'm really pleased with his office.

Did not seem to care about me or the pain I have had for 3 months. He tried adjusting my neck and caused me so much pain I sat in my car crying for 10 minutes after my appointment. The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He never explained my MRI results and showed me one exercise. Nothing to deal with my extreme pain.
