He answers questions thoughtfully and frankly. He understands the discomfort I experience. A good communicator.
Not very good reception by the staff in the back desk, waiting to be checked out for a procedural appointment, this person was on the phone with another client no acknowledgment of us standing there my husband handicap, sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting. I finally took my husband to the car and came back to make the appointment. Bad service!
I have been Dr. Bernstein for a number of years who has been outstanding in providing me his expertise regarding my cervical and lower spine problems. His professionalism, guidance and humor have deeply appreciated.
I always feel that he responds to me in a professional manner and works towards helping me get the right treatments for my pain
Dr Bernstein is so approachable, he makes one feel confident that there can be healing for your back issues. I feel so much better after my appointment. He is wonderful, I am so grateful. I have been so fortunate that I have always had great doctors taking care of me.
Very helpful in assisting me to try treatment without injections etc. He scheduled me for an in home 3 week program and an in office discussion on the progress. Thank you Duane Kingsbury
Personable. Explained everything in simple, non-technical terms and left on a positive note.
Empathetic, compassionate caring showed genuine concern
He was knowledgeable about my issues and communicated my options effectively. It didn't hurt when he gave me an injection. All was perfect.
Dr. Bernstein listened attentively, reviewed my past reports and also ordered an Xray ASAP. He helped to determine both a long term and short term approach to my back issues.
