Dr. Lambert is the best primary doctor I have ever had. He is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate to your needs. He explains everything in laymen terms so you understand. Great Doctor!
Fantastic doctor! however I had set up a 9 am appointment, did preregistration, there 15 minutes before my app. time. Was not called back until 10:00, waited in exam room till 11:00 am before Dr. arrived. Understand busy, but that is why I scheduled and early appt. when I arrived only 5 patients in waiting room. Dont know where the problem is but needs to be addressed!
Dr. Lambert is competent, compassionate and knowledgeable. I am sure that wait time is not entirely his fault, yet, wait time is much too long. Typically it is well over an hour past my appointment times when I am called back.
