Dr. Kessler was thorough in his exam, reviewed my history in my file, and asked questions. He made a referral for me.

Did not go over anything about what I was in for. Tested me. Seemed upset about another Doctor doing my blood work. Sat in exam room almost 2 hours.

This was my mother's 6 mouth check up but on top of that it she was recovering from shingles. She is a colon cancer survivor.He didn't even get her out of the chair to check anything. I told him her ear had been hurting and she was having problems swallowing. Her looked in her ears and mouth and all he said was I see you don't wear dentures. Since shingles were near her eye he wanted her to see Dr.Obrien who said to bring her in 15 minutes. He proceeded to make us wait in the room while we typed out visit notes then came in and said we need to get right over to Obriens we were supposed to be there. He didn't go over blood tests that she had prior to appointment. The nurses are very kind but Kessler is so scattered I don't think he even sees the patient.

Dr Kessler is a good doctor. He listens to me when I talk. He is always kind and professional. There should be more doctors like him
