A graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. Jeremy Hines, M.D. completed his orthopedic surgery residency at The Mayo Clinic and a fellowship in adult hip and knee reconstruction at the University of Virginia, where he also earned his undergraduate degree. Dr. Hines is board certified and his primary areas of specialization include total hip and knee arthroplasty, including revisions, as well as treatment of periprosthetic joint infection and fractures, robotics and other new technologies in adult joint reconstruction. He is fully certified in Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery for total knee replacement.

Dr Hines is an excellent physician, at the top of his field

Dr. Hines was able to identify the issue which was not related to my recent surgery based on x-rays by Emerge Ortho and provided a plan of treatment plan that included PT and a prescription to calm down the pain. I always feel that I get the best of care with Dr. Hines.

Dr. Hines is an excellent addition to Emergortjo. He replaced my extremely bad hip...5 months out and zero issues. He is very pleasant and takes time to thoroughly explain procedure. Very knowledgeable, professional while being easy to talk with. I like and trust him and scheduling a knee replacement I can say he's one of the best Doctors I've had in my 80 years.
