I stay with 3 starts. Can't go lower, won't be necessary and won't be fair, but can't go higher either. Certainly, extremely good at what he does, in a surgery room, (well I hope!) but absolutely brutal in an office. I felt I was a number in his day, and a number that he was not necessarily happy to take time for it. Oh! don't take me wrong, I got the answers I wanted. That was just by the book, clear and neat, but no feeling, no emotion, nothing... and sometimes, especially when you talk about health, a little sensibility, a little smile, a little kindness can help to pass the message. I, for sure, will never see J. T. Hines again.
