After finishing up with the nurse I was left waiting in the DR’s office for 40 minutes. I assumed the DR had a situation, but no one came to explain to me

He's good, and his services are in big demand. However, that's what is working against him. It's normal to wait 45 minutes, up to past an hour for any appointment with him. Anybody else is on time, or very close to it.

I found Dr. Russell to be very personable With a great ability to explain things that I know nothing about, damaged hips, and x-rays. I feel I’m in good hands.
