Absolutely excellent Dr. He listens, recommends and also has a great team of nurses who question and do everything they can to keep him updated on the patient.

Dr. Russell was very kind, and patient with my questions. He was extremely busy with emergency surgeries, but took time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. I appreciated that very much.

After finishing up with the nurse I was left waiting in the DR’s office for 40 minutes. I assumed the DR had a situation, but no one came to explain to me

He's good, and his services are in big demand. However, that's what is working against him. It's normal to wait 45 minutes, up to past an hour for any appointment with him. Anybody else is on time, or very close to it.
