I arrived for my appointment about ten minutes early and I was brought back to a room before my appointment time. The doctor came in a reasonable amount of time and took care of all concerns. Every employee was friendly and courteous.
Got me in and out quickly! My knee injection was painless.
The difference between how I felt before surgery and after was HUGE. So much improved. Very grateful for Dr. McCandless' work.

Very thorough very professional I was impressed. I have been waiting over a year and seen 3 other doctors. Today I received explanation about my symptoms. I think I will finally get the proper care I have needed.
I made an appointment to seem Dr. McCandless. Instead he sent his PA to see me. I don't know if my problem was explained to him correctly, because the answer I received was far from what I expected.
