Dr Jacobs earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon. During his time in the US Army, Dr Jacobs had the honor of treating our injured troops and the elite warfighter’s complex injuries providing him with a vast array of challenging cases. Dr Jacobs and his wife, Natalie, are excited to return to Augusta and raise their four children in the CSRA while serving the local community they now call home.

I liked that he talked to me. He had a fantastic personality. I hope I’ll get to see him each time. Also the PA was awesome. Thumbs up to all of them.
Dr.Jacobs is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He was very honest about the risks of surgery but also gives you assurance that he will do his best to fix the pain you are experiencing. I’m glad I’ve chosen him to do my surgery.

He was very nice an polite.. Knew what he was talking about.. praise the Lord I don't have arthritis in my shoulder. I have bursitis which we're going to get cured and fixed.

Very polite and respectful and very understanding
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jacobs and his physicians assistant Larissa. I went in for an old Army injury that’s always given me issues but as I’ve gotten older has begun to get progressively worse. He was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely five star treatment and is a fellow Veteran.
