Jeremy M. Jacobs, MD

Dr. Jeremy Jacobs, MD specializes in total joint replacement, sports medicine and general orthopedics. His practice encompasses total and partial joint replacement for the treatment of advanced arthritis. In addition, he performs advanced arthroscopic reconstruction of the hip, shoulder, knee, and ankle as well as general fracture and trauma care. Dr Jacobs earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon. During his time in the US Army, Dr Jacobs had the honor of treating our injured troops and the elite warfighter’s complex injuries providing him with a vast array of challenging cases. Dr Jacobs and his wife, Natalie, are excited to return to Augusta and raise their four children in the CSRA while serving the local community they now call home.
