Dr. Hoff is an excellent physician however he is chronically late on his appointment. It’s almost always a 30 to 45 minute wait beyond the appointment time for him to see me. You send out multiple emails and texts to remind me to be on time, I think patients are due some respect for their time as well.

Relocating from Newport News, Virginia, Dr. Hoff joins the Coastal Region of EmergeOrtho, one of the largest physician-owned practices in the state, with 49 offices from the mountains to the coast.
Dr. Hoff is an expert in the implantation of devices that help patients manage their pain including spinal cord stimulators. In addition to his training and experience in conventional treatments, he has extensive knowledge of alternative pain management techniques.
Bringing additional expertise in the exciting new field of orthobiologics, Dr. Hoff has a special interest in therapeutic injections using adipose (fat cells), PRP (platelet rich plasma) and bone marrow.
