Relocating from Newport News, Virginia, Dr. Hoff joins the Coastal Region of EmergeOrtho, one of the largest physician-owned practices in the state, with 49 offices from the mountains to the coast.
Dr. Hoff is an expert in the implantation of devices that help patients manage their pain including spinal cord stimulators. In addition to his training and experience in conventional treatments, he has extensive knowledge of alternative pain management techniques.
Bringing additional expertise in the exciting new field of orthobiologics, Dr. Hoff has a special interest in therapeutic injections using adipose (fat cells), PRP (platelet rich plasma) and bone marrow. He is excited to partner with the excellent orthopedic physicians at EmergeOrtho to further research in this specialty.

Dr. Hoff is not only an amazing physician but an amazing person. He is caring, he is kind and his knowledge of pain management surpasses all others. He listens intently and will go to all means to give you comfort. He is certainly the Best ever.
