Knowledgeable
I received the incorrect eye glass prescription. Has to pay to have the lenses redone and have to wait to get g ok glasses. So have not had glasses for over a month due to error. I understand it was a mistake. But it cost me time without eyewear and money. I have more appointments scheduled so we will see.
I didn’t have a complete understanding of having cataracts and macular degeneration. Dr. Dang handed me a print out of md info. I don’t smoke and I eat very healthy. Can there be another reason, like genetics? I’m still having discomfort and anxiety about these diagnoses. I’m adding the preservision that’s been described. I’m unsure about a lot of these things like night driving.

Jenny is personable and professional. She can explain issues and solutions in easy to understand language that helps build trust.
Personable and pays attention to detail. My eye exam was a pleasant experience. I also liked that she did the entire exam as opposed to relying on techs.
