Love Jennifer she is so sweet....she listens to me and is very concerned with me..I ask her for a script for like a knee walker and she did not hesitate to send it to my workmans comp to fet me one as well as other things...she is fast at getting back to you also

Dr. Seifert is an awesome doctor! She doesn’t rush through the appointment and explains everything thoroughly. Very personable!

I enjoy Dr. Seifert straight forward approach. She gives me the updates I need and my options to help with the progression of healing. Also helps that she’s funny and makes the appointment easier to go through.

Jennifer was awesome but the making an appt with the ai person was difficult. Took 4 attempts bc the phone kept going silent. Did secure a same day appt which I appreciated. However the che k in process was a nightmare. I hobbled in on crutches in agony. Went to the Che k in window and was directed to a kiosk. I was not offered a wheelchair or anything to help. I fumbled through the kiosk. Hobbled over to a seat and then someone with a think accent called me over to fill out papers. I was pissed. I had just sat down. I was in severe pain from breaking my ankle. My husband went to the front to get the paper I feel the ladies at the front should be more cognizant of patients that are struggling. When I was called back to see Jennifer we asked for a wheelchair and I was happily given one. The rest of the appt went smoothly My suggestion would be for a wheelchair to be more readily available or your front staff to pay attention to patients that may need one.
