I had a serious ankle injury and was being seen by a different doctor… after being out of work for more than 3 months that doctor told me it would be a lifelong issue and there wasn’t much more he could do outside of physical therapy. I decided to get a second opinion and Dr. Seifert immediately suggested surgery, she pointed out the pros and cons and I went under the knife. 3 months later I’m back to work full time and my ankle is stronger than before the injury, my mobility has increased and I feel like im ready to conquer Mt. Everest. I highly recommend Dr. Seifert for any of your orthopedic issues!

I had my ankle surgery with Dr Seifert and everything has gone absolutely perfect I'm on my road to recovery and I'm feeling great and getting stronger every day I've had no issues at all

First visit ever with her or the entire group of Ortho. Visit was efficient, staff was nice, X-rays were easy & in-office. Dr. Seifert was pleasant & seemed knowledgeable. But I didn’t get more than 5 minutes with her. I go back for follow up in 5 weeks. We’ll see what’s next & how it’s handled…

We had a great experience with First Stare Orthopedics and Dr. Seifert. We got a same day appointment for my teen’s fractured foot. The front desk was friendly and efficient. We only waited 5-10 minutes to be seen. There was no wait in the office. Dr. Seifert was able to diagnose my child’s condition and answered all of our questions.

Wonderful. Actually so good I did postings all over social media. I was very happy with todays visit. The incision site is a bit long but if that’s what it took to do the surgery to perfection then im okay with that. She explained everything with me today and didn’t book out of the room. She gets 5 stars by far today.

the doctor is not personal she states the facts and leaves the room in less than 5 minutes. In addition she doesn’t prescribe any pain medication that can help when you have a broken bone. After my foot heals i wouldn’t recommend her. Her bio seems great but doesn’t match the doctor

After 2 years ans seeing a diiffrent doctor my ankle is finally better thanks to Dr. Seifert

-Didn’t answer any of my questions. -Didn’t see her before my surgery. - when I went for my postop they didn’t even take the time to clean all the blood off from surgery and again walked out of the room before I could ask my questions

Dr Seifert was my Ankle Surgeon. She was very nice she informed me on my first appointment what was wrong with my ankle and how it will be better when my Achilles Tendon is repaired. Dr. Seifert kept her promises, she was honest and said I needed surgery. I had went somewhere else prior to first state but I wanted a second Opinion so I went and seen her. She said I would be non weight bearing for one month. Then a walking boot. Then a sneaker. Her timeline was accurate. The other place wanted to have me non weight bearing for 8-12 weeks! The whole crew is awesome even at the surgery center. The nurse Tessa did her best to calm me down and make sure I was ok. In the office Liz took care of pretty much everything from removing my splint to putting my cast on and removing it. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. seifert and her crew. She is pleasant and keeps to her word.

Started out with the long walk from the elevator and ended with a very poor bedside manner. Dr did not introduce another person in the room and ended with her statement that she could not help me.

I liked Dr. Seifert b/c she was patient, kind, respectful, and what she said made sense for the issue I've been having. She answered all my questions, and didn't seem to be in a rush. I didn't like how I was told I was going to be prescribed something, and then sat in the room for 25 mins only to then be told it was sent to my pharmacy. Communication!! I have a job I needed to get back to, and the patient shouldn't be left in the room wondering if their rx will be brought in or what is going on. As a former manager for a medical practice, I'm telling you this as constructive feedback. It should not be on the patient to guess whether or not they can leave. Each office a patient goes to does things differently. It's up to the doctor and/or your office staff to direct the patient if they are good to go and where to go to check out. You can't assume a patient knows how you run your practice.

Dr Seifert seems to be in such a rush she did not fully listen to me and when I had questions for her, she was on her way out the door. Please take time to listen to your patient.

I’ve (fortunately or unfortunately:) ) have found myself at FAO more than I’d like to over the past 5 years.. this was my first visit with Dr. Seifert and I found her to be personable, easy to speak with and just plain NICE.

I saw Doctor Seifert after injuring my ankle and having x-rays taken. She was well-prepared and familiar with my x-rays before I arrived. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Since I only had a minimal break in the ankle along with a sprain, there was no need for a cast. Dr. Seifert game me exercises to do at home before a follow up visit. I am very pleased with her concern and attention.

Dr. Seifert has been amazing to work with. I've foot issues for a long time, and before foot surgery I was walking every day in pain, and couldnt do the things I loved to do (Hiking/Biking/Running). I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me to be able to walk pain free. Two and half months post surgery and I feel great. Thank you again.

Good surgeon but did not speak to me after surgery. On post-op visit was surprised she did not ask if I had questions before running out of the room, did not discuss prognosis, and did not review self-care.

Very friendly and professional. Put my son at ease while removing his ingrown toenail. Highly recommend.
