Dr. Scoggins graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (GO BIG Orange!) in 2006 and completed her residency in pediatrics at University of Tennessee Chattanooga and the Brooklyn Hospital Center. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of state and national medical associations. Dr. Scoggins has a special love for breastfeeding and is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Dr. Scoggins joined Pediatric Partners in 2022.
